SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING

 

Please allow 5-7 business days to process and ship your order. We do not process orders after 7pm PST. Expect delays during holiday seasons. Shipping costs may increase during busier seasons due to USPS pricing.

 

All orders will be shipped via USPS Mail.  We do not have control over shipping times after leaving our store.  All orders within the US usually take 3-5 business days to arrive. Glow Boutique Salon will not be held responsible for any shipping delays or damaged packages due to USPS Carrier.

 

Please fill out shipping information accurately.  Glow Boutique Salon will not be held responsible for any lost/misdelivered packages due to incorrect shipping information filled out by customer.  If packages are returned, Glow Boutique Salon will not be responsible for any additional shipping fees.  Glow Boutique Salon will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

1. First and last name used for order

2. Order number

3. Attachment of order receipt

 

Please allow 1-3 days for team to respond.  Any incorrect or missing information given may cause delays in response.

 

TRACKING INFORMATION

All customers will be sent a receipt after placing an order.  After order is processed, you will be sent a tracking number via e-mail.  

 

"In Transit" means the package has been accepted by USPS and the delivery process has started.  Glow Boutique Salon will not be responsible for any delays.
